AI research lab · Advisory

Cognitive AI for diseases that break every box.

Parijata Labs builds reasoning models for complex, multi-system illness, and partners with biomedical teams to put them to work.

The problem

Biomedicine has more data than ever, and still struggles to explain the patient in front of it.

Complex chronic conditions cross organ systems, specialties and datasets. Pattern-matching models find correlations; clinicians and R&D teams need models that can reason about mechanism, uncertainty and the individual case. That gap is where we work.

Who we work with

Curious people working on hard problems in health.

  • Biotech, pharma & life-science ventures

Founders and R&D teams across biotech, pharma, medtech, biochemistry and biophysics, making sense of heterogeneous, multi-system disease data and deciding where AI genuinely helps.

  • AI, ML & computational researchers

Machine-learning researchers, mathematicians and physicists interested in cognition-inspired models of biology, and in building them with us.

  • Biomedical researchers & institutions

Universities, institutes and think tanks: collaborative modelling, methods review and joint grant consortia.

  • Clinicians & practitioners

Doctors, integrative and functional medicine practitioners and nutritionists who want to see the whole patient, and to pilot new tools in real practice.

  • Clinics, diagnostics & health companies

Clinics, diagnostics and nutraceutical companies exploring pilots, joint ventures and licensing.

  • Investors & tech transfer

Health-tech investors and tech transfer offices who want an independent technical read on AI claims before money or licences move.

  • Leadership teams adopting AI

Executives and department heads who need a strategy, an architecture and a workforce ready to use it.

  • Public institutions & policymakers

Ministries, agencies and public bodies working on AI regulation, governance and evidence-based policy.

  • Patients & patient communities

People living with complex chronic illness: the reason the lab exists, and partners in shaping the research. Get involved

  • Is your problem unique?

Good problems rarely fit a category. If you are working on something where biology, data and reasoning meet, we would love to hear about it. Get in touch

Why Parijata

Named for the night-flowering tree that blooms in the dark.

In Sanskrit, pārijāta is the celestial tree said to have emerged from the churning of the ocean. Its flowers open at night and fall by dawn: a reminder that some of the most important things happen where no one is looking.

Dig in together

Bring the problem nobody has cracked yet.

The messy dataset, the half-formed hypothesis, the case three specialists could not explain. We will pull it apart with you, test ideas fast and find the thread that ties it all together.
